Welcome to the July–September 2025 edition of our newsletter.

This quarter has been filled with dynamic activities that highlight the European Union’s continued engagement with the Turkish Cypriot community—focusing on youth empowerment, sustainability, culture, and innovation. From celebrating International Youth Day through a series of inspiring events under the 16th Nicosia Youth Days, to raising environmental awareness during the EU Beach Clean-Up Event in Famagusta, the EU Infopoint has continued to bring people together around shared values and common goals.

The period also featured hands-on workshops that encouraged learning and creativity—from recycled paper making and German language sessions to Artificial Intelligence and digital tools training for adults—reflecting the EU’s support for lifelong education and sustainable living. Meanwhile, participation in the Akanthou/Tatlısu Carob Festival offered another opportunity to connect directly with citizens and showcase the tangible impact of EU-funded projects across the island.
