The EU Infopoint organised its first children’s event to raise awareness about protecting the environment on 18th of April, Saturday from 11:00 to 13:00 at the EU Infopoint premises. The EU Infopoint showcased Nicosia Art Theatre’s children’s play “Flying Umbrella” which highlighted the importance of recycling.

In order to protect, preserve and improve the environment for present and future generations, the European Commission proposes policies that ensure a high level of environmental protection in the European Union, the EU Infopoint raised awareness about these issues through the play which focused on the importance of recycling.
