World Water Day is celebrated by more than 40 participants who joined the “Walk for Water, Walk for Life” event organized by EU Infopoint. The walk took place around the Karavas/Alsancak and Lapithos/Lapta water resources. During the tour, the participants had the opportunity to receive information from experts about the water resources they visited, the history of water, water efficiency and EU policies regarding water. The participants found the walk very interesting and everyone enjoyed learning while walking in such beautiful surroundings.
